Today the Pre-Schoolers are having Pirate Day! We get to walk the plank and swing from ropes! One of the great things about working with kids is making exercise fun and making it a game. That way it becomes what they "get" to do - not what they "have" to do. It's a great mindset to get into EARLY on in life. Who doesn't want to be a pirate? Arrrrr!

CrossFit Kids Classes are currently for two age groups - 3-5 year olds and 6-10 year olds. Classes meet on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. We also have plans to build a Teen Program!

CrossFit LA is excited to announce our CrossFit Kids program! The classes will officially start on April 12th. Currently we are busy preparing the gym and organizing instructors. CrossFit Kids is designed to help your children develop strength, gymnastic ability, focus, discipline and social skills. If you are a member of CFLA, there is a family discount if you enroll your little ones in the Kids Program.
Our instructors come from a wide variety of backgrounds - from elementary school education, to accupuncture, to personal and group fitness training. What they all share is a love of kids and a desire to show them fitness can be fun!
