Today is our first PT Test Day. We are going to be setting baselines for all our CrossFit Kids so that we can measure their improvement every couple of months. Just like with adults, CrossFit using testing, training and re-testing to gauge improvement and areas that need work. I think the PT Test Days are fun - it's a great way to surprise yourself with your accomplishments!

Max Pull Ups
Max Push Ups
Max Tuck/Chair Sit
Max Sit Ups, 1 min.
Max Squats, 1 min.
I couldn't believe how well the kids did on their push ups and chair sits on PT day!!! We've got some strong little monkeys !!!! : D
