Working in a group class environment provides an excellent opportunity for children to learn and practice social skills. Good manners and respect are two of the social skills that CrossFit Kids LA incorporates into the program. Learning to wait your turn, instead of cutting ahead. Learning to treat the equipment well, instead of tossing it aside or taking another student's equipment. These skills translate into real-world skills as children grow up and have to learn and work in groups, both in school and at home.
