GET STARTED WITH A GROUP INTRO CLASS
Training at CrossFit Los Angeles is different than just about any other gym in the world, CrossFit or not. We have a philosophic approach to health, fitness and your life, around which our training program is built. It takes more than just desire to take part - desire is the easy part. It takes a willingness to take action, whether you feel like it, or not; whether it's convenient or not; whether it fits into your life or not. Our Group Intro Class will give you access to our philosophy... and will give you a taste for yourself of what exactly it means for you... what it's like to take part, be a member, get coached, and train/work out as part of our community. The 90 minute free class is divided into two parts - the first will cover things like the who, what, where, when, and why of CrossFit and the program/membership at CFLA; and the second, it's a full-on CrossFit workout! Make sure you show up ready for an intense workout - in workout clothes, with water and maybe a workout towel. More than anything else, show up with a desire to both learn (as you would in a classroom) and take part (as you would in a gym)!
We hold the Group Intro Class almost every Saturday at 11:07am and reservations are required (we have a max capacity of 12 per class). Yes, we know it's a weird time - but you won't forget, will you? It wraps up around 12:45pm. Make sure that when you make a reservation, your schedule is clear and you can stay through to the end.
