GETTING STARTED AT CFLA


First things first . . . There are MANY CrossFit gyms now not just in the world, but in this area! There are almost 8,000 worldwide now - and we were the 9th ever! We are not all the same. We all operate under the general philosophies of CrossFit, which is great, but how an individual gym is run, the programming, the energy, and the overall philosophies vary greatly. Your health is your greatest asset and your training is an investment. Do your homework and find the best fit for you. CrossFit Los Angeles is about long-term, sustainable training for the highest quality of life. Our INTRO session is a complimentary, one-on-one training session during which you'll get a chance to learn a lot more about our program. It's purpose is to help us serve you better by getting to know your goals and expectations, fitness level, and experience. After your INTRO, you can choose the next step with the guidance of one of our experienced and well-trained coaches.
