Say it isn't so... a new study (click here for the story) shows that the chemicals (and habits that they form in the people that drink them) are a possible risk factor for heart disease? Hmmm... and it took a study to figure that out? Do yourself a favor - get off the sodas. If you like it, treat yourself to it once in a while when you go to a movie or something. But they have absolutely zero nutritional value and are most certainly detrimental to your health. Below - Mike Heayn demos push ups!
