What an amazing 4 days it's been. Dashel George was born on March 8th, 2007. Thank you all for your emails, calls, flowers, well wishes... Julia and I felt so taken care of by our friends and community! Mom and baby are doing really well. We're coming home from the hospital today and have our Moms and sisters coming in to be with us continuously for the next month. We're so excited for you all to meet the little guy - he's awesome, and I'm such the proud Dad! And so it begins... the first day of the rest of our lives... as parents!

At the last minute on Saturday, Jade decided to go for his best in box jumps - height that is. Incredibly, he jumped to a hight of 49 1/4". The weight stack on top of the box was an impromptu (and slightly unsafe) platform upon which Jade jumped up to from a standstill. Nicely done!
