Want to talk about putting your fitness to a test? Try stepping into the ring or cage... Traver, one of our own, has a fight coming up on July 14th right here in Santa Monica! Lets put together a Petranek Fitness crew to go and support - I'm expecting a full turn out from the 6am class!

Kathryn Tubbs, one of our regular 6am CrossFitters, recently sliced open her finger opening a can of soup (of all things!) Her family, in showing their concern, empathy, love and support, now call her "The Finger" - and here they are showing us why she got her nickname!

- if you can't do a handstand push up, sub with heavy dumbbell shoulder presses.
