I think if people could remember in vivid detail what CF workouts are like, they wouldn't keep doing CF. You always feel after a workout like you could have gone harder, when during the workout it felt like an impossibility.
The same with life. I tend to remember the highlights, and I think that's a survival mechanism for humans.
