What’s the difference?
Wednesday, November 11, 2009 | Posted by John Burch
At CrossFit LA we strive to make each person's visit different than any other place that they have been or will go to. And we do this from the first moment we answer the phone or when someone finds our website. If you have been to our seminar, or are planning on going, we cover this extensively on how you can do it as well. How does your box stand out in a crowd of fitness choices? If I called your box, would it sound like any other place if I replaced the word Crossfit with the word Golds? Is everyone's first experience with your box memorable even if they DIDN'T join?

Post thoughts to comments:

This video is from our seminar. I'm sorry it's so long but it's full of valuable information and I did not want to "dumb it down" for time's sake.

Still loving your stuff. Definitely agree with the empowerment approach. I tell every one of our clients that I try to coach myself out of a job.

Since Mike and I returned from the seminar, I have been answering the phone " It's a great day at CrossFit Modesto, this is Denise, how can I help you?", on almost every call that comes in. We have caller id, and I still answer that way when it's my kids, or Mike , just for practice. At first, I wanted to giggle everytime I pick up the phone, so I am sure I sounded happy, which is good I am sure. A caller even asked me what was so great about it, and I got surprise us both with the answer! It's good stuff. Keep up the great work. wink
