A client came into the box a couple of days ago and said "there's always something different here" as he looked around. He's right. Andy's response was it's all in "beta" and so should your business. Your business should always be tweaking the experience, tools and methods to refine the process. Your business requires that nothing is set in stone and you are always innovating.
