...very healthy and adult balance of assistance, coaching, technique, and encouragement along with the “you need to do this yourself”, “you need to know your own weights”, “you need to tell us first” kind of stuff, that takes me out of the typical gym trainer/coach handholding mentality. It’s a shift, for sure. And a good one, dammit.
