Working with Andy Petranek changed my outlook and my fitness routine. I work out now in different ways, and when I do go to the gym, I’m in and out in 45 minutes. He created a personalized program that addressed my lifestyle, goals, body type and metabolism. I've slowly but surely turned into an athlete.

Work on increasing the height of your pull ups up to your chest and increasing the depth of your dips, getting your armpits down to the height of your hands. Key is also in the "false grip".
