No detailed log again today.
What I can remember…
2 burgers, with salsa
Almonds (too many)
2 coconut waters
pumpkin, with spices (post workout)
cucumber-tomato salad with olive tapenade
4 scrambled eggs
brussels sprouts
I think that’s everything. And fish oil, of course.

Not sure what all happened after that - didn’t eat again until around 6pm. Something like more egg muffins, salsa and fish oil. Got sad because I realized a spice I’ve used a few times has sugar in it. Such a bummer! Not sure how many times I used it this past couple weeks, so I docked myself all three nutrition points in my points today. Briefly contemplated eating pizza and cookies for dinner since my points were gone anyway…and then decided I’d feel guilty and that wasn’t in the true spirit of the challenge. So, no points and no “cheat” food either. It’s all for the best!

NOTE: Received a bunch of teas that I ordered in the mail from American Tea Room in Beverly Hills (yes, I mail ordered from Bev Hills - it was free shipping and saved me a drive! lol). Really excited - one of them is one of my favorite teas, that I haven’t had in a long time, and the others are all new ones I’m trying. Even though I do miss my Diet Coke (something so darn refreshing about it after a hard day!), I am enjoying drinking tea regularly and I know it’s healthier for me both because it lacks chemicals and because it contains antioxidants and other good things.
