Asparagus

NOTE: I am 135# now - one more pound to go just in case I have to weigh in wearing shoes or the scale is wonky!

Sundays are normally my off day from my nutrition plan, but I didn’t take much of an off day today, due to the proximity of the Long Beach sprints and needing to weigh 134# for that day.  Need to lose 4lbs still.  Ugh.
