“Off” Day from Food Rules

Spoonful of green beans and mushrooms, spoonful of mashed potatoes
(these were samples at Trader Joe’s)

2 Turkey cutlets (8-10oz) in a white wine reduction (butter, olive oil, chicken stock, wine)
Sauteed bok choy, cooked in chicken stock and olive oil
11:30pm
10 small chocolate chip cookies
12:00 midnight
Fish oil
NOTE: Okay, I was a little excited for my off day so I ate more than necessary. Will be a little more reasonable next time around. Really happy with dinner, though. That was the first time I really cooked a nice meal in a long time and it was fun and felt good. Glad I still remember how!
