28 july and 29 july both rest days.

This week proved to be really taxing to my body so I listned to what it was saying in volumes and took 2 days off… first time since end june of taking 2 days off consecutively.

Navy seal O course

Negotiated first run thru successfully however intro to course taxed my system too much

Timed portion 5th obstacle completed before stopping

Awareness of limitations became highlighted for the positive
