performance has become slightly affected recently… I believe in large part to indulgences with Pbutter… so I’m putting my money where my mouth is…
$100 for every infraction of not doing 1x fat as prescribed for my blocks for 6 weeks.
starting today and ending March 9th.
Gretchen will benefit IF, yes IF, I slip up.
I will pst every day
I will not have any cheat meals
I will be able only using ZONE bars when traveling for between meal snacks because they are blocked out
I will allow “eyeing” food when out to eat from necessity.

posting this to hold myself accountable with things that are hardest for me to filter out of my diet…
for the next 7 days I will not consume any:
sugar free redbull or diet drinks that are similar
no artificial sweeteners of any kind
no sugar
no legumes (green beans, peanuts and peanut butter)
no fruit as carbs (apples, oranges,etc)
I will give myself one cheat meal and still consider it 100% zone.
I will pay $20 for any infraction.
1 Cheat meal on my birthday

Trying a Zone experiment…
for the next 2 weeks I will be increasing my blocks on Monday to 20 blocks and decreasing 1 block every day until Saturday where I will do 15 blocks. Sunday involves a cheat meal so I don’t track that as closely although all but one meal is Zone.

OK so dropping to 16 blocks is really challenging so to offset complete exhaustion and passing out I have upped my Fat blocks to 3x the prescribed amount… which will be reflected tomorrow on out in each meal… today I just ate a crapload right before bed.
