OK based on another slight re-recalibration I am doing 19 blocks…
And I will keep my sugard free red bull consumption to 2 per day.
(the peeps were ganging up on me… geez)

well… I had to re-calibrate my block prescription due to losing weight and (and actually reading the ZONE book for the first time! go figure) fat and increasing my activity level so starting today for the next 2 weeks, every day , I will:
post my food prescription
eat only food that I prepare unless I am stranded in the middle of nowhere snacks included
limit my use of coffee to one cup in the morning and count my half/half as a protien block and carb block
not drink any diet soda
My new block prescription is 22 blocks.
If I fail at any of the above I owe Andy $30.00

So I guess I’ve found my groove with the zone-ish fueling my body… I very rarely feel the need to cut calories or starve myself to see results which means that my performance is consistently improving while my body fat drops… and I rarely feel the need to splurge so I guess I don’t feel as if I am neglecting myself either… now I will reveal this is done thru proper spacing of zone means and snacks (as good as expected with a busy life but I would say probably 90% of the time) and I do actually plan for the night after a PR challenge final event of feasting and drinking with reckless abandon… then after the hangover wears off it’s back to the normal schedule the very next day…
Just a tip for those people who care… I find the times when I do feel like I need a little more to eat, most often before bed or in the middle of the afternoon between my my second snack meal is MACADEMIA NUTS.. about 5-7 nuts when feeling hungry… no adverse side effects… and I’m talking no carb bloating.

find that I need at least 2 cheat meals (subway, chips, Choc chip cookie) at least 2 times over an 8 day period or else I go berzerk.

How do I know I was sick for 3 days… because I only had 2 meals on Monday, one meal on tuesday and 4 meals on Wed.
I did keep them zone meals at least.

Wow haven’t posted in 4 days…
Here’s the short version, been on target with all my meals but I’t been over 2 weeks since I last had a cheat meal. I will have some Subway tonight and feel like shit tomorrow but enjoy every moment.
Maybe even a couple of beers watching the UFC.
