Alright clean slate here. I stopped logging out of being lazy, but I am inspired once again. So I’ll start with today.
02/20/08 - Wednesday
BR - 2 blocks
2 poached eggs, 2/3c grits w/ 1tsp butter
(New favorite meal, I’ll be logging this one often)

Turkey sandwich (3oz turkey, 1tsp mayo, 1 slice bread)
1 string cheese, 3 almonds, 3 sm tangerines
SN - 2 blocks
4oz ricotta cheese, 1c strawberries, 1/2c b-berries, 6 cashews
(No. 1 favorite meal)
DI - 4 blocks
1 slice bread, 2oz turkey, 1/4c. hummus
4oz ricotta, 1c strawberries

medium cappuccino (figure it’s 1c of milk, so 1B of P & C each)
4:00pm 1 blocks
1 tangerine, 1 string cheese, 3 almonds
8:30pm dinner at mom’s, it’s all a blur!

2 tacos (2oz turkey breast, 2oz cheese, 2 tortillas, 1/4c hummus)
2tsp cashew butter w/ 2 tsp raspberry preserves
my sweet tooth was calling me!

01/22/09 - Tuesday

1 egg thing on phyllo dough, 1/2c cantaloupe, 1/2c blueberries, 2 strips bacon
coffee w/ creamer and 1 tsp sugar
12:00 4 blocks
1 slice of bread, 4oz turkey and provolone, 1/2c hummus (yum!)
3:30pm snack
med. chai soy latte
4:00pm 2 blocks
4oz ricotta, 1c blueberries, 6 cashews
9:00pm 4 blocks
4oz turkey breast, 1 slice of bread, 1/2c hummus, 1 tsp mayo
01/21/09 - Monday

can’t remember.. .think it was ricotta and fruit.
11:30am 4 blocks
6oz ricotta, 1/2c greek yogurt, 4B of blueberries, 12 cashews
12:30pm cheat snack
bread and butter at fritto misto… it’s so good
3:30pm snack
small cappuccino w/ 1tsp sugar
8:30pm 4 blocks
2 turkey tacos, 1/2 slice bread w/ 2tsp jam
01/20/09 - Sunday
7:30am 2 blocks
2 eggs, 1/2 apple, 6 cashews
during workout had 1/2 a Clif bar
11:00pm 4 blocks-ish
3 eggs, chorizo, 4 tortillas, beans, cheese
Then I lost count of where I was with blocks.. and basically the rest of the day turned out to be a “free day”.
