Today I started off really well, was on track with my Zone experience, but after almost being attacked my some dude doped up one something at 10am, I turned to food to console me, but I was back on the Zone by dinner time!
4B Brkfst - 1 apple, 3 almonds, 1 slice of bread, 3oz. turkey, 1oz. cheese, 1tsp. mayo Lunch - Thai restaurant… Had small portions of soup, fried rice and calamari but definitely not 4 blocks. I did try to balance the proteins to carbs to fats, but “over-carbed” with the baked mong bean bread for dessert! Snack - 1/3 pecan caramel apple 4B Dinner - 2oz. ham, 1tsp mayo, 2 potato&carrot; tacos w/ 2oz. cheese, salsa, and lettuce Snack - 1 nectarine

Weekends are challenging, especially when I hang out with the family.
I planned ahead and packed all my “Zone” inspired foods, but I still fell victim to unfavorable snacking.
Brkfst - 1 tortilla, 1/4c. refried beans, 2 eggs, 1/2c. salsa, chips & salsa
Cheat snack - 1/3 ice cream cookie sandwich Lunch - 1 egg, 2oz. ham, 2c. watermelon, 12 cashews
Cheat snack - 1/2 sm. bag of doritos w/ s. cream Dinner - 1/2 french roll, 2oz. ham, 1 string cheese, 1 egg, mayo
07/28/07 - Saturday 4B Brkfst 2 eggs, 1 string cheese, 1/4 canteloupe, 1 apple, 12 cashews
(I was running around this morning and I came up short by 1B of protein and 1B of carbs) 4B Lunch 3oz. turkey, 1oz. cheese, 1 slice of bread, 2tsp mayo, 12oz. beer (post vball treat), 1/2c. strawberries 2B Snack 1oz. turkey, 1 string cheese, 1 nectarine, 6 cashews 4B Dinner 2oz. beef, 2oz. pork, 1/2c. pinto beans, 1 dinner roll, sm green salad w/ 1tbs dressing Snack sm. slice of cake
