I went to bed early just to get up and to the Hooverball Tournament on time so when I woke up at 6:45 I had to skip my normal breakfast, grab some snacks and hit my bike fast.
Luckily I made it in time, so snacks followed breakfast.
Snack - 7:00 am
string cheese
2 almonds
1/2 grapefruit
Snack - around 10:00 am after being socked with many hoooverballs, including a hard shot to my nose

Lunch (the meal formerly known as breakfast) - noon
2 scoops protein powder
1 cup soymilk
1/2 apple
Dinner 6:00 pm
Salad with spinach, cucumber, sunflowerseeds, 1/2 cup ricotta cheese, olive oil, balsamic vinegar
Snack 7pm
1/2 apple
1 string cheese
2 almonds
Broke down and had a huge fruit salad with 1/2 cup ricotta cheese at around 10 pm
tons of water today with only 1 cup of coffee.
