I was really nauseous all day, so all I have gotten down is tons of emergen-c (pink lemonade), ginger tea and 2 small paleokits (um I’m addicted to these btw).
With the airport/food situation when I travel it’s often easier to tun to the bar scene - no I don’t mean body shots (although that does sound fun), I mean bars - so today it was 2 slices of bacon and 2 eggs for breakfast w 1/2 apple

I am absoutely exhasuted from my past two trips but keeping up training as it is heping me build stamina and my tolerance for airports, which require me to competely detach, listen to music and pretend Im not there. My fight there had some MAJOR MAJOR dips in the flight and for some reason I didn’t flip out. I thought the girl next to me was going to have a heart attack. Anyway, home sweet home, another mission accomplished.
10 block day - to keep it simple I went with bars when I had no choices - better than going wrong, but I’m pretty sure I kept today to 10

If you haven’t taken a skill session on zone, DO IT!! After 23 months of crossfitting, I finally realized although I THOUGHT i was zoning, I wasn’t being precise - Becca showed me the way! I’ve lost 3 lbs in 2 weeks with no rampup in my workouts and I feel cleaner, lighter and clearer. AND I’m eating bison! The portion control aspect plus small meals througout the day is doing my brain very well. I didn’t even want ANY of the mounds of crap brownies, etc sitting in front of me during my meetings in NYC this week. Brought my own snacks and left the gawkers to just wonder on their own.
I can’t wait to cook my bison tonight - thanks to Becca she recommened Rawsome where I stocked up on grass fed bison and eggs - it’s kind of fun walking into that big meat cooler too. I had thought they only sold veggies and fruits. My food scale broke so I’m off today to buy a new one so I can prep everything tonight for the week.
