Okay, I know there’s a lot of folks at the gym that travel and still do workouts while they’re on the road—so what are some that you’ve done that have worked well for you?

Personally, I always pack my jumprope—last time I was back in Wisconsin I did this one in our driveway in 28 degree weather:

50-40-30-20-10
double unders
push ups

do-a-set-add-a-rep

10 burpees
hand stand pushups (1 rep the first round, 2 the 2nd etc)

do as many rounds of each until you cannot perform any more handstand pushups without an extended break

6 rounds is my record so far.

To be accomplished in a hotel with at least 21 floors.

3 rounds for time:
Sprint to the TOP 21 floors
On the way up every 7 floors 21 push ups
On the way down every 7 floors 15 jumping squats

Time: 24:48

visited Santa Cruz Central Crossfit and had 2 great classes over the weekend.

I believe Crossfit may be at the size where being able to find another Crossfit Facility isn’t uncommon.

Also - in January went to Crossfit NYC
