Core & Push-Up Buster!

I wrote this one a while back - with the intent (as always) of working on pushups, but then also hitting a lot of core stuff.  And there’s actually no “legs!”

2x
30 lateral bridges
15 pushups
30 arch rocks
15 pushups
30 v-twists w/med ball
15 pushups
30 situps
crab walk length of gym and back
