Ooooh read this one on Elina’s log from this morning….great home workout! Logging it here for future use when it gets dark/cold/lazy out. wink

30 lateral bridges
15 pushups
30 arch rocks
15 pushups
30 medicine ball v-twists (12#)
15 pushups
30 situps
crab-walk across the room and back
