The “Bear Complex”
5 rounds for time of:
7 cycles through the following complex (the Bear):
1 Power Clean
1 Front Squat
1 Push Press
1 Overhead Squat
1 Back Squat
1 Push Press

Complete one “revolution” of 7 before putting the weight down at the end of a set. This is a challenge of grip and transitions.

I started with 75# and went to 95#
