“Cindy”
5 Pullups (no help - the first time I ever did this workout, with no bands)
10 Pushups (also the first time I ever tried this doing the pushups from my toes)
15 Squats
AMRAP 20 Minutes
I finished 11 rounds and about 1/2 of the 12th round.
In the past, I have always finished 13 or 14 rounds, but I am really pleased with my results - since I didn’t use help on the pullups and did the pushups from my toes. The pushups are definitely what slowed me down. I need to work on getting better at doing them from my toes. Goal for next time: Complete at least 12 rounds - so I can get “on the board!!!” I was so close.
