Had planned to come to CFLA this morning, until I saw we were going to do the exact same workout I did yesterday, so…I went to Spectrum instead.

Various and sundry cardio equipment.
15 mins treadmill
10 mins stair climber
5 mins rowing
5 mins jumping rope

Notes: Really could have pushed harder today, probably could have gone heavier.  But I just wasn’t in the mood.

Box jumps (used 28” box, a new height for me…yea!)

Back to CFLA

Quick warm up.  Walk to Franklin Hill for “sprints” (jogs really).

1 - 1:16
2 - ~1:50 (had to stop due to heart flutter)
3 - sat out due to heart
4 - 1:34
5 - 1:34
6 - 1:21

Notes: I figured out by the last run that my heart flutter was likely started by not warming up enough.  By the end I actually started to feel stronger (as noted by the drop in time). I really dislike this workout, regardless.
