30 box jumps (22”)
30 pull ups
30 walking lunges
30 pushups (knees)
30 wall ball (10#)
30 body weight rows
30 tuck jumps
30 double unders
30 burpees

Notes: The pull ups killed me on this. Started with doing about 4 or 5, but quickly went down to 3, then 2, then 1. Ugh.
