Notes: Let it be known that I managed to stay ahead of and beat a wee 23 year old lass (I’ve got 14 years on her).  Yea me!!

I’m calling this the Dirty 30

30 box jumps (22”)
30 pull ups
30 walking lunges
30 pushups (knees)
30 wall ball (10#)
30 body weight rows
30 tuck jumps
30 double unders
30 burpees

Time: 17:32


Notes:  The pull ups killed me on this.  Started with doing about 4 or 5, but quickly went down to 3, then 2, then 1.  Ugh.
