Approx. 30 minute walk on the bridle path with Chris, Neave and Miles. Fully sick at this point. God I miss the days where I could actually rest when I was sick. That’s one part of parenthood that’s not so fun. Your child is sick, its a big deal; you’re sick, doesn’t matter.

Chris had to go to work early this AM, so I couldn’t go to the gym. And I’m getting sick. So, I did a one hour yin yoga class at Spectrum. Not terribly difficult but a good stretch.

Workout in Redondo at the beach, with Crossfit Thrive.
Warm up:
Quick jog in sand
3x
10 squats
10 push ups (knees)
Workout:
5x
Up and down stairs, two at a time, no hands on railing or knees
10 “burpees” (no pushup)
30m “throw & chase” medicine ball (approx. 20#)
Time: 15:57
Notes: Fun to workout at the beach again. The stairs here in Redondo are STEAP!! Yikes. The worst part was easily throwing and chasing the medicine ball. It took the wind out of me.
