Warm up:
Jump rope
Workout:
1-1-1-1 OH Squats 85-95-105-115m
Partner Cindy
6 rounds each of:
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 squats
Time 9:24
Notes: SOOOOO close to 115# I almost had it, but I got up in my head and lost my focus. I know I could have done it. Damn. Cindy is just pretty sucky for me. Push ups and squats are not my strongest.

Approx. 40 minute run, up and down many hills, pushing Neave in stroller (approx. 30-35#). Killer hill at the very end (2-3x longer than “Franklin Hill”) - and I made it all the way up! I was quite proud of myself.

Arrived at the gym for the 1pm class…but there’s no 1pm class. Oops! Jumped into the 12pm class. Thanks Jen!
Partner hang power clean ladder - 60# (I shadowed another pair of guys who made it up to 24 +15. Which means I did approximately 159 cleans. And I’ve got two rips and one blood blister to prove it.

Man, its been a nutty few weeks. Life feels like maybe its coming back around. Sort of. I know I’ve been t the gym a couple times, swum a couple times and gone for a couple runs. Need to get back to a routine.
