scrambled eggs (3)
half a tortilla
handful of chopped tomatoes and onions
tabasco

1 pm - Petranek

4:30 pm
stomach finally settled after workout and now that I’m shaking like a leaf:
3 slices turkey breast (thin)
1 dill pickle spear
1 chunk of cheese
1 piece of toast (I know, not good)

OK, so I’m starting on the modified zone, which should be tough to do and I’m not sure how great I’m going to adhere to the strictness of it, but the general idea is enough to help me start at least and see how it works.  Baby steps…

9:15 am
.75 cups Oatmeal - slow cooked
Teaspoon of peanut butter
Splash of milk

1:30
5 chicken soft tacos (I was unbelievably starving)
nothing crazy on it, pretty basic stuff

4:00
handful of peanuts
half a chunk of cheese (yes, chunks are a viable unit of measurement)
