4:30 strawberries and small plain romaine salad

7:00 El Pollo Loco skinless chicken breast w/ steamed vegetables and salad; salsa, banana chips


Feel back to normal.

diet rootbeer float with low-carb vanilla ice cream
small handful of pistachios

This week I’ve been really good! No overloading of carbs.  And I feel great too. I’m just worried about this weekend.  I don’t need a repeat of last weekend…
