Monday 630-730 w/AP

Workout:
“Jedi Master”
For Time -

50 Box Jumps (24”)
45 Pull-ups
40 Thrusters (35#)
35 KB Swings (red)
30 Planche Push-ups
25 Double-unders
20 Front Squats (95lbs)
15 Burpees
10 Turkish Get-ups (30lb DB)
5 Muscle-ups (subbed 3 pull-ups and 3 dips for each)

This is my first entry to my workout log.

Level 1 w/ Andy
Monday 7/7/08 630p-730p

“Frannie”

Dumb Bell Thrusters (25#)
Pull ups, chest to bar

Workout

5x
5 deadlift (185#)
10 clapping burpees
“7:15”
600m sprint
“2:17”

I definitely needed to dial back the weight for the deadlifts. My form suffered as a result. I have home work to do there.
