-4 eggs w 1oz cheddar, .3 oz fetta, tbsp pesto
2 1/2 dry oats (of course prepared w water)

-7.7oz salmon
1c grapes
1 1/2 apple
30 almonds
(broken into two meals)

-5oz turkey
1c grapes
1 1/2 apple
30 almonds
(again broken into two meals)

-In N Out Burger
3x3 tripple cheeseburger w lettuce wrap instead of bun
Small fries

-3oz cheddar
1c grapes
1/2 apple
handful of cashews

(I broke this in to two meals)

-4 eggs w/tbsp pesto, 1.2 oz cheese, 1oz yellow pepper
18 oz canalope (I figured that on average roughly 1/4 canalope = 6oz)

(The bars where purely for reasons of convenience. not a planned part of my diet)

-Dinner from a salad bar:
I eyeballed portions for the following
-about 9oz cottage cheese
-about 1 1/2 oz chedder
-2 9in plates of mixed green salad with drizzled Italian for the 1st and Ranch for the 2nd and 2oz sunflower seeds
-1/2 9in plate of veggies
-1/2 9in plate of fruit
-1 med slice of french bread w/ butter
(I know a little more protein than I need)

This is were my diet went downhill… It was someone’s birthday at the apartment and there was stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and it looked sooooo good and there was so much peer pressure. So here is my diet sin confession:

2 shots liquor
2oz ham

Its not easy being honest.

At Denny’s:

2 very small thin strips of bacon
Had about cup of fries with cheese on it. Went home and had..
20oz cooked broccoli with an oz of cheddar on top.
