My last post got some attention due to the fact I mentioned I was starving….today was much better on the account I timed things out better.  Nutrient timing is a big part for me, and while I managed to get all my blocks in today, I hope to be in bed early and not realize by 11 tonight that I am in fact starving again.  To be continued…........
