Pull Up Ladder
With a continuously running clock, do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.
- Use as many sets each minute as needed.
17 rounds
This one sure is easy on the front end, then BAM!, it is over…

I saw that part 2 was being done in less than 10 minutes, so I’m not really that happy with either of these. I assume that a 4-count Mtn Climber 10 times is 40 movements. If so, those are what slowed me the most.

Nice lunchtime workout. Back in the office in 1 hour 15 minutes.
3 full rounds + Cleans and Pull ups. (3 2/3)

5x Mr. Spectacular @ 2x 16kg kettlebells
15m Dumbbell Crawl @ 2x 25# dumbbells
10x kb swing 24kg
1x Mr. Spectacular = 2-handed kettlebell clean and press, put kb’s down by feet, walk out on hands and do a push up, walk back up with hands, grap kb’s, repeat.
(2) 5 Rounds
5x 1-arm sit up each arm
10x Floor Wipers each direction (20x total)
10x Corkscrew (20x total)
(3) 3 Rounds
15x Dead Lift @ 115-135#
3x Turkish Get up each arm 35#
About 1 hour’ s worth.

Lots of these Muscle ups included a little jump. Did the best I could do.

Lost count of rounds. I think I finished 4 rounds in 11;45. Just to be safe, did another round. Finished it in 14:22. Since it took about 3 minutes for the last round, I’ll go with the 11:45 for the 4 rounds.
