Run 5 miles

When I clocked this one, my route ended up being 4.5 miles. 

I’ve never been a runner, so this was not much fun.  I’ve always been a sprinter more than a long distance guy.  As a matter of fact, this may be the longest I’ve ever run before in my life.  I know I need to improve in this area, so I’m glad to give it a shot.

The first 500 m on the row, I was pacing at 1.35/500.  After that, the wheels fell off.  I limped home with a 3.53 and struggled for the rest of this one. 

Didn’t have .62 miles marked off, so I reluctantly did these on the tm.

The first and second ones are much easier than number three.  Still wanted to get more, but 175# is my current bodyweight, so I’ll take it.

Today is day one posting to this forum.  I’ve been doing this for 11 months.  First in my gym, now in my garage.  I’ve been following either Andy’s WOD or the one on http://www.crossfitfairfax.com for the last 3 or 4 months.
