I’ve been on the zone 9 days now and I feel great! But, I haven’t lost weight. I’ve been measuring stuff but not weighing stuff. Will look for a scale soon. Until then, I know that I’m not perfectly ZONED but I’m a work in progress 
8:30 am Breakfast: 6 egg whites = 3P, 1pc wheat toast = 2C, 1 apple = 2C, coffee w/half½= 3F. I can’t quit the coffee yet.
11am Snack: Had too many carbs for breakfast and was hungry. 1 babybell cheese = 1P, 6 cashews = 2F
1pm Lunch: 3oz turkey breast =3P, 1c butternut squash =2C, 2oz turkey gravy =?F, 2oz cranberry sauce = 1C?
Back from what I think is a very ZONE lunch and what do I do…without even thinking about it…went straight to the kitchen and inhaled a kitkat. love those things! I wish my company wouldn’t stock the candy drawer! I think it’s called willpower…
4:15 Snack: babybell cheese 1P, 3 cashews 1F, 2 plums 1C
9:30 Dinner: 3/4c lowfat yogurt = 1P, 1C, 1/2c blueberries 1C, 1/2c low fat cot chs 1P, 2tsp slivered almonds 2F, 1oz lowfat chs 1P
Totals: 11P, 9C, 8F not including the kitkat
