1 apple = 2C
1pc toast = 2C
Cheese = 3F

Lunch:
1 skewer Chkn = 3P
Brown rice = 2C
Mixed Veggies = 1C
Coffee w/cream = ?F

Still recovering from yesterday - not hungry at all - good for weight loss but not the way I want.
Toast w/cheese.
Chicken noodle soup w/crackers
Coffee

Tomorrow I will get back in the Zone! I like it there.

A little too much wine last night.

Zone bar for breakfast - not hungry
Shrimp w/cocktail sauce for lunch - not hungry

Dinner: Strangely, still not hungry.

4oz Seared Ahi Tuna

Breakfast:  2pc wheat toast, 2oz cheese, 6 cashews, two slice of bacon, cantaloupe & strawberries.  Busy week and I’m out of food and not planned.

Lunch:  Shrimp w/cocktail sauce and plate full of veggies. Chocolate muffin things - they were very small and very, very good - dark chocolate is my weakness. 

Snack: Zone Bar - I like these

Dinner. Yogurt, blueberries, almonds.  Potatoe chips.

Not a good day at work and took it out on my diet.

1c. lowfat Cot chs = 2P
1pc. toast = 2C

10:30 Snack:
6 Cashews = 2F
1 babybell chs = 1P

Noon Lunch at Skews:
1 BBQ Chicken skewer
Mixed veggies
1/2 Zone bar

2:30 Snack:
Handful nuts
1 babybell cheese

4:30 1/2 zone bar

7:30 Dinner:
1/2 c. lowfat yogurt
1/2 c. blueberries
1tbsp slivered almonds

I’ve been on the zone 9 days now and I feel great!  But, I haven’t lost weight.  I’ve been measuring stuff but not weighing stuff.  Will look for a scale soon.  Until then, I know that I’m not perfectly ZONED but I’m a work in progress grin

8:30 am Breakfast:  6 egg whites = 3P, 1pc wheat toast = 2C, 1 apple = 2C, coffee w/half½= 3F.  I can’t quit the coffee yet.

11am Snack: Had too many carbs for breakfast and was hungry. 1 babybell cheese = 1P, 6 cashews = 2F

1pm Lunch: 3oz turkey breast =3P, 1c butternut squash =2C, 2oz turkey gravy =?F, 2oz cranberry sauce = 1C?

Back from what I think is a very ZONE lunch and what do I do…without even thinking about it…went straight to the kitchen and inhaled a kitkat.  love those things!  I wish my company wouldn’t stock the candy drawer! I think it’s called willpower…

4:15 Snack: babybell cheese 1P, 3 cashews 1F, 2 plums 1C

9:30 Dinner: 3/4c lowfat yogurt = 1P, 1C, 1/2c blueberries 1C, 1/2c low fat cot chs 1P, 2tsp slivered almonds 2F, 1oz lowfat chs 1P

Totals: 11P, 9C, 8F not including the kitkat grin
