Still owe more burpeeeeees…............ Yeah….. will get caught up next week will do my 58 tomorrow then running my first Half marathon Sunday.. Signed up on Wednesday and since I would rather pull my fingernails out with some needle nose pliers than run thought it would be a great Idea to run 13.1… almost as fun as this burpee challenge when you get behind by hundreds…..

Still catching up from the weekend another 200 hundred today and I am good to go!
BTW follow the post advice about the burpees it is WAY harder mentally and Physically to do more than prescribed…..

Had a potential instructer make up the WOD and Warm-up her first time but it was fun…..

Everytime you received a letter you did one of the following -
20 KB swings
20 Push-ups
20 Burpees

Had to change movements every letter ended up doing 7 complete rounds of all the movements….. Hard to shoot after third or fourth round but alot of fun….

Since I had 90 some odd burpees to do to make up thought I should do the 100 for time even with a bad eating weekend I took off 1:50 from the baseline a month ago actually everyone improved…...
