6:30 P.M. focaccia chicken sandwich @ pucks in the air port….
Didn’t eat all day was to busy being a high paid slave and I feel like shat as I write this….. Back on top of the diet tomorrow….....

1:30 p.m. 1 apple, 6 almonds 2 oz cheese
6:30 p.m. 5 oz ground turkey, 1 oz cheese 4 slices of avocado, and 4 miller lites
11:30 p.m. 3 oz turkey 1 oz cheese 1 tomato, 12 almonds

10:30 Steel cut oatmeal 1 1/2 cups, 4 egg whites, 2 oz chicken, 1 1/2 tsp of avocado
1 pm 5 oz chick, 3 cups strawberries 1 apple, 15 almonds
5 pm 4 oz patty, 1 oz cheese 5 cups of tomato, 4 slices of tomato
May have finished blocks too soon with NANCY on deck tomorrow…......

12:30 1 apple, 1 oz cheese, 1.5 roast beef, 6 almonds

8 pm 3 oz turkey, 3oz cheese, multi grain tortilla, 6 tsp of peanut butter

8:30 p.m. 1 oz cheese, 3 oz turkey, 3 oz roast beef, 3/4 cup snow peas, 1 cup blueberries, 1 apple 4 1/2 tsp of peanut butter
18 blocks….........

9:30 3 oz of cheese 1 apple, 1 cup strawberries, 2 tsp of peanut butter
Feel a lot better today! Will not do the liquid thing again…....

5:30 a.m.2 cups milk and coffee 6 almonds
9 a.m. 1.5 oz of turkey meat, 1 oz of cheese, apple and 2 tsp of peanut butter
12:30 p.m. EAS protein shake , added 1 1/2 cups of blueberries to make it a 6 block shake. and 6 tsp of peanut butter
330 2 cups of milk and coffee with 6 almonds
6 oz of chicken breast and 72 spears of asparagus with 18 almonds
1- 1/2 of water today. didn’t make it to the store so am feeling the liquid portions of my day having some cravings now but will pound water and go to bed and stick to just one liquid meal a day…..

4 p.m. 3 oz of cheese and 5 oz burger 3 cups of strawberries handful of melon balls and 2 tsp of peanut butter
5:30 p.m. 2 oz of burger 1 cup of tomato, and 1 cup strawberries, 6 almonds
7:30 p.m. 6 oz of turkey meat with 2 apples and 4 tsp of peanut butter
Running around with the kids to birthday parties kept me off my game today looking forward to cleaning up the diet tomorrow when I get back in my work routine!

3 p.m. 4 oz of chicken 4 cups of spinach 1 cup of strawberries 1/2 an orange and oil and vinegar
7;30 p.m. 6 oz of chicken, multi grain pasta 1 1/4 cup , 1 cup of tomato sauce, 15 almonds
A little off today and feeling it! Feel way better with 18 blocks….

10 a.m. My last Balance bar in the house
1 p.m. 4 oz. chix. breast 2 1/2 cups of broc. cooked 1/2 a cup of black beans 12 almonds
4 p.m. 2 oz cheese 1 orange 1 tsp. of peanut butter
7 p.m. 4 oz. of steak 36 spears of asparagus 1 cup of tomato and 2 teaspoons of peanut butter
9 p.m. 4 oz. of chix. 12 almonds 2 1/2 cups of broc. cooked 24 spears of asparagus
18 blocks feel pretty good 1 gallon of water and 6 diet cokes
