**I’m off accountability with Sam as of today - it ended yesterday. I have a few events coming up this weekend, friends in from out of town, etc. where I know I’m going to want to indulge, at least a little. So, I’ve decided to take a little break from the accountability plan - and I’ll chat with Sam and decide if I’d like to re-up next week.**
