I am not exactly sure how many cheat meals I am going to allow myself per week.  Popcorn is definitely one of my favorite foods in the entire world…....and I am going to allow myself to indulge in it, from time to time.  We’ll see how I feel afterward….....and the next day.

Ok, so I officially started the zone on Monday and I am going to try to log it online as well.  I may not post everyday (I keep a written food journal with me at all times) - but I will try to update the online version every few days too. 

I am trying the zone for several reasons:
1) I want to walk the walk…...since the zone is what we recommend for our students and my private training clients - I want to experience it for myself as well.
2) I would like to lose some weight and body fat.
3) I want to increase my performance in the gym (to feel stronger, faster and have more energy during my workouts).

So - here goes nothing wink
