“WHATEVER YOU CAN DO, OR DREAM YOU CAN, BEGIN IT.  BOLDNESS HAS GENIUS, POWER AND MAGIC IN IT.” - Goethe

Your fellow Crossfitter Carolyn Freyer-Jones here.

I’m co-facilitating a small, invite only unique 3 Month Program called “Co-creating Your Life From the Inside Out” for a group of 10 dynamic women (for those of you who may not know I have been executive life coaching for 8+ yrs).

If you are a crossfitting woman consider yourself invited since ANY woman who is doing crossfit IS dynamic (to say the least)!  This group of 10 women will work together for 3 months to learn new ways of supporting themselves and each other in making positive changes in their lives — right now.

Included in the program:

• Focused workshop one Sunday afternoon per month for 3 months (January 25th, February 22nd, and March 22nd)

• Two 45 minute group telephone conferences (date and time TBD)

• Unlimited email support

• One individual 45-minute coaching session – to be scheduled when you need it

• Two highly experienced coaches to facilitate your learning and growth!

We are offering it at a significantly discounted fee of $500 for this first time around.  5 spots are already taken so if you’d like to learn more about the workshop or my coaching background e-mail me at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) as soon as possible and I’ll send you complete details.  And if you know someone who this might be a fit for feel free to have them e-mail me!

What People are Saying about Working with Carolyn and Michelle:

“I have worked with Carolyn three times over the span of 8 years, each time for 6 months to a year.  We’d speak every other week.  Sounds simple.  Yet every time I worked with Carolyn I made MAJOR changes in my life (personal and professional) that I don’t think I would have without her support. Carolyn is kind of like a magic wand - I would point her at things in my life that I wanted to work on and she would help me change them for the better.

In my view, Carolyn does three things very well: supports you in clarifying what you really want and clearing out what’s in the way, assists you in taking steps toward achieving your goals, and in the process holds you to a higher vision of your Self.  She also makes the process fun and exciting. She is excellent at what she does, and I recommend her highly.”

“Carolyn Freyer-Jones is one of those rare coaches who have the toughness to hold you to your best and the compassion and warmth to help you through difficult challenges.  She has a dynamic, electric intelligence that cuts through the nonsense and gets to the heart of the matter quickly. No time is ever wasted working with her. If you have an opportunity to experience her coaching, take it right away. She’s as good as it gets.”

Steve Chandler, Reinventing Yourself

“The warm and loving atmosphere created by Michelle’s workshop enabled me to feel safe with my feelings, open with my vulnerabilities and committed to gaining value from the experience. The focus of the workshop hit home with me as the challenging yet insightful exercises enabled me to see how powerful a simple shift in perspective can alter my view of relationships. Further, I honestly feel that I was given meaningful tools that I have already used, and will continue to use in the future, to help me transfer my energy in a peaceful, loving way simply by altering the way I view emotional challenges.”

Robin Rappaport

“Michelle’s workshop was an awakening.  Through the workshop, she was able to gravitate personal beliefs and desires to a place of action.  Making the leap between knowing and doing can be frustrating.  Michelle uses great tools and examples to help build the bridge to action.  An afternoon well spent - I had fun and added a few great tools to the skill set!”
