cardio on cookie felt lousy
20 mtn climbers
10 burpee box jumps

Spent the last month focusing on legs. Full extension on all movements.
Primarily Squat Cleans, Clean and Jerks, and High Box jumps.
Squat Cleaned 225 x 2 today. Can really feel strength gains.
45 mins of Cardio.

Bench Press 225x10, 255x10, 275x7
Incline Press (DBs) 3x12
95x5, 115x5, 135x5, 155x5, 135x5
Lots of abs and pullups
Db press / BB bench

I’m burned out. I can’t get un-sore after a WOD. I need a break, I guess. Reluctantly, I am taking a month off from Crossfit.
First day back at Equinox.
No worries about overtraining.
Impossible to get any work done there.

Drove home today.

Felt the drive more than the run
