I’m finally ready to post my workouts again! I’m hoping I stay consistent this time… we’ll see.
Tuesday, 8/17/09—4 sets of 3RM back squats. I’ve been working HARD on not caving my knees in on my squats, and continued to work on this today. Got to 125#.
Then max pull-ups which I couldn’t do cuz of my shoulder. Then max L-sit—1m 30 sec. Longer next time…!
