It’s pretty straight forward:
1,000 air squats for time

previous time posted by me is 1 hour 1 minute

I believe Andy and I volunteered ourselves for this one and are quite confident we’ll finish in under one hour.  Any other takers?

Excellent - the more the merrier!

And I think the plan is sometime after Andy gets back from vacation - so we’re safe for a little bit longer. wink

I would need a counter to assist me in this one. There is NOOOO way I could work that hard AND count to a thousand. It’s hard enough for me to count to a thousand when I’m at rest.
That’s where I shall begin this challenge. At rest in my arm chair, tryin to count to a thousand. I will progress from there after I’ve solidified my technique.

Hey Tait,

Let me know how that progresses…

BTW - Becca, Andy and Janine still have not done this workout but proceed to chide me for my time.

Hmmm, let’s see—we can…

A) Do the squats. squash John’s time and therefore continue to pick on John.
B) NOT do the squats and continue to pick on John anyway.

Seems like a pretty straightforward choice we’ve made. wink
