I was digging around in my log for some stuff from this time / pre-FGB time last year, and suddenly decided to make a list of some favorites over the past 12 or so months.
(In no particular order…)
The Chief
5x, 3 min AMRAP:
-3 power cleans
-6 pushups
-9 squats
...I like anything involving power cleans. I realize this now.

5 Dumbbell squats
5 Dumbbell split jerk
5 Overhead dumbbell walking lunge
(both sides R/L = 1 round)
...ok, power cleans or split jerks.

28 dumbbell deadlifts
28 sit-ups
28 kettlebell swings
28 push-ups
28 squats
...fun! But a little hard on the math.

3x, 1 min each exercise w/ no rest, then 1 min rest between rounds:
-GH Situps (alternate rounds: flutter kicks)
-Row (calories)
-Box jump
-Squats
...awesome.

20 Single-Arm Thrusters
...ok TGUs are a favorite too.

...also have liked a lot of the O-lift days “add ons” at the end

...I know, I’m sick and twisted.
