5k warm up on strand with Schrieber 30:00 flat
Then drove to redondo track to do the run workout posted on the site
400m - 1:50
1 min rest
800m- 3:51
4 min rest
1600 - 7:51
6 min rest ( I was bored with the rest so I shortened it by 2 min)
800m - 3:43
4 min rest
400m- 1:41
this was actually fun and I think I could have pushed harder if I had people to run against :( was lonely solo
